All items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for processing.

Quality Check Preparation
Carefully pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all labels, invoices, and promotional tags are intact for the inspection process.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After a successful quality audit at our warehouse, your exchange item will be dispatched or your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
